Job Title: ASSISTANT MANAGER, R&D
Location: Dahej _Bharuch
Elibgility Criteria/Skills:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry with in-depth knowledge of organic synthesis
- Strong exposure to various analytical techniques such as IR, NMR, Mass, HPLC, GC and others
- Basic knowledge of Process safety and Process engineering
- Good understanding and previous exposure to pilot plant/ Industrial plant
- Curious, open minded with excellent communication skill for successful teamwork
- 3 to 7 years’ experience in similar kind of industries

Key Responsibilities
- Develop safe, innovative, competitive, scalable chemical processes
- Perform literature and patent search for projects, well conversant with scifinder, reaxys
- Perform experimental work independently for assigned projects
- Optimization of chemical processes
- Ensure proper methods to assess result of a process step by appropriate purification and analysis
- Transfer optimized processes to pilot plant/commercial plant
- Work as process specialist for troubleshooting on plant scale
- Ensure exhaustive documentation of the experiments done in the labs and summarize in a development report the results obtained.
- Actively promotes and strictly enforces the company’s safety policies and rules in the lab and throughout the site.
