Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Downstream Plasma R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting process development and optimization in plasma protein purification and downstream processing activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Downstream Plasma R&D: Participate in downstream process development and optimization for plasma fractionation and protein purification.

Buffer Preparation: Prepare and standardize various process buffers and reagents as per SOPs and experimental requirements.

Instrument Handling: Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments including pH meter, spectrophotometer, and conductivity meter.

Depth Filtration: Perform depth filtration operations for plasma and protein purification under aseptic conditions.

Protein Purification (TFF): Execute Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) runs for protein concentration and diafiltration as part of purification processes.

BPG Column Packing: Handle and perform BPG column packing, operation, and maintenance for chromatographic separations.

Lab & Record Maintenance: Maintain the laboratory environment, equipment logs, calibration records, and experimental documentation as per GLP and GMP standards.
Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge on downstream processing techniques (filtration, chromatography, TFF).

Sound knowledge of buffer chemistry and analytical techniques.

Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Ability to follow SOPs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
