Job Details
- Job Post: MS&T Technology Transfer Specialist
- Location: Bangalore
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development, technology transfer, production, or MS&T.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology transfers and introduce new processes.
- Support the transfer and optimization of current manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, risk assessments, and regulatory records.
- Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, including troubleshooting and process robustness.
- Review and manage manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing technologies.
- Perform data handling and statistical analysis, including CPV (Continued Process Verification).
Additional Requirements:
- Expertise in technology transfer, new product introduction, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of process validation, manufacturing equipment, and process optimization.
- Experience with quality risk management and statistical tools.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for site or CMO support.
