Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform site feasibility, identify potential investigators, negotiate study budgets, finalize investigators and sites, and execute CDA and study-related contracts.
- Prepare and submit study documents for EC approval across centers.
- Oversee and document IP dispensing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities with proper reporting.
- Train investigators and site personnel on study protocol, procedures, and GCP principles.
- Support timely recruitment of trial participants, efficient data entry, source data verification, and query resolution.
- Ensure reporting of SAEs, SUSARs, and other safety events in compliance with regulations and Sun Pharma PV policies.
- Identify risks, conduct analysis, and implement CAPA for sites not meeting expectations.
- Coordinate with in-house or CRO partners for data management, statistical analysis, reports, and database lock (DBL).
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field such as Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Public Health.
- Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1–5 years of relevant experience in the field of Clinical Research.
