Job Description
Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, invites applications for the position of Project Associate-I in the Amity Institute of Biotechnology (AIB). The selected candidate will work on the project titled “Building an Artificial Intelligence-based Vaccine Discovery System – Applications in Personalized Neoantigen-related Immunotherapy for Treatment of Cancers,” funded by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT). This is a two-year position offering a monthly fellowship of Rs. 22,860/- with HRA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing an AI-based vaccine discovery system.
- Support research on personalized neoantigen-related immunotherapy for cancer treatment.
- Perform data analysis, programming, and bioinformatics tasks related to the project.
- Maintain proper documentation and assist in project reporting.
- Collaborate with other team members and follow project timelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (M.Tech./B.Tech/M.Sc/B.Sc) in Bioinformatics, IT, or Computer Science.
- Degree majors can include Bioinformatics, Computer Sciences, IT, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, Agriculture, Veterinary, Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering & Technology with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA.
- Good programming skills.
- NET / NET-LS, GATE qualified candidates will be given priority.
- Age limit as per funding agency guidelines.
