Job Title: Senior Chemist
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
- ​​M. Sc. Chemistry / Analytical chemistry through regular mode
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry
Main Accountabilities
- ​Regulatory update and hands-on experience on evaluation of Nitrosamine, Nitroso and
- Azido impurities testing in APIs & Formulations by LC-MS/MS or GC-MS/MS
- Thorough practical knowledge on handling new methods for development followed by verification / validation with swift deliveries.
- Troubleshooting and optimization of LC-MS/MS and GC-MS methods in-line with compendial methods
- Sample processing, instrumentation and reporting as per cGMP requirements
- Awareness on method development and validations as per ICH and other guidelines as required by regulatory agencies
Record of raw data, compilation, entering results into LIMS (experience on handling - Caliber LIMS will be an added advantage)
- Prepare protocols and report on method validation/verification studies as per the client requirements.
- Capable to work and support the lab manager on timely execution of sample analysis as per customer commitments
​​​Develop new methods for genotoxic impurities evaluation in APIs and intermediates of drug products using LC-MS and GC-MS.
