Job Summary:
Candidates who are qualified in B.Pharma, M.Pharma required with a exp of 1-3 yrs in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Handling and maintaining of fully automated Glatt integrated line (Horizontal)/Octagonal Blender/Bin Blender/Sifter/Mill Fette Compression machine/Capsule filling machine with line equipment/Automated Tablet and Capsule visual inspection machine/Auto coater machine Countec Bottle filling line. Knowledge of Granulation/Blending, Compression, Capsule filling, Coating and Bottle packing. Must have knowledge of preparation and execution of SOP, manufacturing, Packing and qualification document of SCADA based equipment. Good knowledge of GMP and Communication skill.
Role & Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Maintenance:
• Operate and maintain Glatt Integrated Line (Horizontal), Octagonal Blender, Bin Blender, Sifter, Mill, Fette Compression Machine, Capsule Filling Machine, Auto Coater, and Countec Bottle Filling Line.
• Ensure smooth functioning of SCADA-based equipment and support qualification activities.
Production Processes:
• Perform and monitor Granulation, Blending, Compression, Capsule Filling, Coating, and Bottle Packing activities.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain product quality and batch compliance.
Documentation & Compliance:
• Prepare and execute SOPs, manufacturing, packing, and qualification documents.
• Complete online documentation such as BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record), BPR (Batch Packaging Record), and daily logs.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams.
• Report equipment performance, deviations, and process improvements to the Production Supervisor/Manager.
