Job Role
- Position: Senior Executive – Analytical Chemistry Analyst (NPD)
- Department: Analytical – BGRC
- Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and transfer methods for drug substances/products.
- Conduct R&D stability studies using instruments like HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometer, polarimeter, and particulate matter analysis systems (Malvern, PAMAS, HIAC).
- Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (ALCOA+) and GxP guidelines.
- Handle calibration, qualification, and maintenance of analytical instruments.
- Prepare and review raw data sheets, SOPs, and instrument operation procedures.
- Manage QMS activities (incidents, OOS, deviations, change control).
- Oversee procurement and inventory of chemicals, reagents, consumables, and standards.
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements.
- Operate MS Office and related digital tools for documentation and reporting.
Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong hands-on expertise in HPLC, UPLC/UHPLC, GC, UV-visible spectrophotometry, potentiometer, and particulate matter analysis.
- Solid theoretical knowledge of chromatography and spectroscopy.
- Experience in calibration and qualification of analytical instruments.
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, time management, and communication.
Education & Experience:
- Qualification: M. Pharm / M. Tech / M.Sc. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry / Chemistry)
- Experience: 2–6 years in analytical chemistry roles
