Job Description
Indian Oil Corporation Limited invites applications from talented Indian graduate engineers to join as Engineers/Officers (Grade A) through a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in 2025. This recruitment is open in the following disciplines:
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the Computer-Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion (GD), Group Task (GT), and Personal Interview stages of the selection process.
- Contribute to core operations in refining, petrochemical processes, energy solutions, and sustainability initiatives.
- Support digital transformation and innovation-driven energy projects.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation) from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutions.
- Minimum 65% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Final degree/mark sheet must be produced by 31st October 2025.
- Upper age limit: 26 years as on 1st July 2025 (age relaxation as per Government norms).
- Candidates from disciplines other than those specified or with part-time/distance/online qualifications are not eligible.
