Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech in Chemical/Ceramic Engineering.
- Knowledge: Manufacturing processes of the cement industry, refractory products, and applications.
- Experience: Hands-on technical support and customer trials.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on Magnesia spinel brick performance in cement kilns and other applications.
- Work with customers, sales, and application teams to optimize refractory selection and installation practices.
- Support product trials, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and post-mortem evaluations.
- Collaborate with NPD and manufacturing teams for product development and positioning.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including Product Data Sheets, application guidelines, and benchmarking charts.
- Deliver training sessions for internal teams and customers.
- Contribute to discussions on cost control, sourcing strategies, and product KPIs.
- Support pricing, proposals, and commercial discussions with technical insights.
