Job Description
The Pilot Researcher – TAPI will play a key role in flow chemistry
research and API process optimization at Teva’s Greater Noida facility. The position involves developing and scaling continuous flow processes, collaborating with R&D and production teams, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize continuous flow chemical processes.
- Translate batch processes into flow systems for enhanced efficiency and safety.
- Design and conduct experiments for reaction screening, optimization, and the design of flow reactors.
- Collaborate with R&D, Process Development, and Production teams for scale-up to pilot and commercial levels.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and process evaluations.
- Troubleshoot flow reactors, pumps, heat exchangers, and related equipment.
- Apply reaction engineering, mass transfer, heat transfer, and reaction kinetics knowledge.
- Use process intensification principles to improve yield, selectivity, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with process safety, EHS, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- 1–4 years of experience in flow chemistry or chemical process development.
- Strong background in chemical engineering and organic chemistry.
- Hands-on experience in flow chemistry applications and technologies.
- Knowledge of reaction kinetics, fluid dynamics, mass and heat transfer.
- Experience with high-performance computing and automation is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
