Job Description:
The Operator will be responsible for executing production and dispensing activities, maintaining compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and safety protocols, and ensuring smooth plant operations. The role involves hands-on experience with API manufacturing, documentation, and equipment handling in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out dispensing, processing, and sampling activities as per SOPs and approved batch cards.
- Record reaction parameters and observations during production.
- Maintain equipment logs, cleaning records, and calibration checks for balances and pH meters.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and housekeeping standards.
- Report accidents, deviations, and irregularities promptly to supervisors.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and support root cause analysis.
- Coordinate production tasks to meet assigned schedules.
- Handle spray drying and liquid column chromatography processes.
Qualifications:

Education:
- M.Sc./Diploma (Chemistry) with minimum 3 years of experience, OR
- B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering) with 1–3 years of experience.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of production processes, GMP, and safety rules.
- Good organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Experience:
- Prior exposure to regulated environments (USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.).
- Experience in API manufacturing.
