Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Packing Supervisor to oversee our packing operations at the Vatva, Ahmedabad facility. The ideal candidate will manage packing staff, ensure adherence to quality standards, maintain productivity, and coordinate the timely dispatch of products.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the packing team.
● Ensure proper packaging of products according to company and regulatory standards.
● Monitor and maintain inventory of packing materials in coordination with the purchase/store team.
● Track team performance, provide guidance, and ensure targets are met.
● Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and GMP quality protocols.
● Prepare and share daily packing reports with management.
● Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth and timely dispatch.
● Plan manpower, schedule shifts, and manage replacements as required.
● Train, mentor, and onboard new team members.
● Identify areas for process improvement and implement optimization initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
● Strong knowledge of packing processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
● Effective leadership, communication, and team management skills.
● Ability to manage resources efficiently and meet strict timelines.
● Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
