Job Summary:
The Process Engineer will lead the design and development of inhalation/injectable formulation processes, ensuring QbD-based development, scale-up, manufacturing readiness, and seamless technology transfer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation and process development for inhalation/injectable products.
- Implement Quality by Design (QbD) principles in development and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams for plant readiness and execution.
- Conduct process optimization and scalability studies.
- Prepare technology transfer and safety documents.
- Oversee validation, troubleshooting, and vendor-site project execution.
Qualifications:
- Education: M.Pharm/Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 3–8 years in a pharmaceutical company, focusing on injectable product development.
- Skills: Expertise in formulation, QbD, process optimization, technology transfer, and GMP/GLP. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.
