Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our Integrated Product Development Organization. The role involves designing and optimizing formulation processes for inhalation and injectable products, ensuring Quality by Design (QbD) implementation, scaling up for manufacturing, and driving technology transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead formulation and process development for inhalation/injectable products.
- Implement QbD principles to ensure robust, scalable processes.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams for plant readiness and trial execution.
- Analyze material properties to support stability and manufacturability.
- Provide technical input for process optimization and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and review technology transfer documents, safety reports, and validation documents.
- Ensure facility preparedness and troubleshoot process-related issues at plant/vendor sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications

Education: Master’s in Pharmaceuticals / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering.

Experience: 3–8 years in injectable product development.
Technical Expertise:
- Formulation development for injectable/inhalation dosage forms.
- Hands-on experience in QbD, process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and operational excellence practices.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
