What You Will Achieve:
As an Executive in Quality Assurance, you will:
- Evaluate and review clinical and commercial drug batches for compliance.
- Ensure product and process documents meet established specifications using sampling and statistical process control.
- Identify and resolve deviations in manufacturing and packaging.
- Manage supplier quality and in-process checks.
- Handle quality documentation systems and support validation/qualification activities.
- Support manufacturing teams with real-time compliance error detection.
- Ensure records conform to Pfizer policy and cGMP standards.
- Maintain inspection readiness for regulatory and customer audits.
- Participate in Quality Risk Management assessments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Pharm/M.Pharm).
- Industry experience in pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP/GxP).
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience at a manufacturing site.
- Hands-on in batch record review, ERP systems, deviations, root cause analysis, and change control management.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
