Job Purpose:
To monitor and execute production activities in compliance with cGMP and safety norms, ensuring targets are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute planned production activities and manage resources to achieve shift targets.

Maintain standard process parameters and comply with GMP & safety guidelines.
-
Ensure documentation accuracy (BMRs, SAP, CIPDox, QMS) and timely entries.

Perform validation, qualification, and calibration activities.

Regulate the usage of consumables to optimize production costs.
-
Ensure cleanroom safety, PPE usage, and compliance with HSE protocols.

Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, utilities, warehouse, and safety teams.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
-
3–4 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (minimum 2 years in formulation production).

Strong knowledge of cGMP practices, equipment operations, and compliance standards.
Work Environment:
-
Manage 12 direct reports in 3 production areas.
-
Oversee 35–40 batches per month across 2 dosage forms.

Ensure 90%+ OTIF, zero reportable accidents, and 100% SOP compliance.
