What does your day look like as a Senior Research Associate at ZoomRx?
As a Senior Research Associate, your primary responsibility is to enhance our AI platform’s capabilities by refining the underlying data. Your tasks will include:
- Perform secondary research to gather and update key data points from various healthcare-related sources, including press releases, news articles, scientific journals, conferences, and company financial reports, and then analyze the findings.
- Review outputs generated by Large Language Models for specific workflows and clear task backlogs daily.
- Continuously stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies through ongoing education, using this knowledge to enhance the platform’s capabilities and performance.
- Collaborate with various teams to cultivate a culture of excellence and maximize the product’s positive impact.
- Apply specialized knowledge in life sciences to create precise and insightful prompts for large language models and thoroughly evaluate the generated data to ensure Ferma’s responses are both relevant and highly accurate.
- Manage the quality assurance process for Research Associates’ work, oversee task assignments, and track progress daily to ensure optimal outcomes.
What do we look for in you?
- A degree in a life-sciences-related discipline (B. Pharma, M. Pharma, B.Tech in Biotech/Biomedical)
- Experience in Excel and MS-Office
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives efficiently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams
- Highly motivated, independent, and adaptable, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
