Role Overview:
As a Lab Assistant, you will work closely with the QC/QA team to ensure accurate testing, reliable results, and smooth laboratory operations. This includes supporting R&D trials, maintaining safety standards, and assisting in quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and label samples for testing and analysis.
- Assist QC officers and chemists in laboratory procedures.
- Conduct routine quality control checks and in-process inspections.
- Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare reagents, record data accurately, and maintain lab documentation.
- Organize and store chemicals as per safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and order supplies.
- Dispatch courier samples and maintain climatic condition records.
- Train other teams on quality-related topics (minimum 10 programs per year).
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school with Science background or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lab-related activities in manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take initiative.
- Willingness to work in shift operations.
