Job Summary
As an Executive – CQC at Sun Pharma, you will be responsible for:
- Logging Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in the TrackWise database.
- Acknowledging complaints and maintaining effective communication with complainants.
- Following up on complaint samples and additional details to support product quality investigations.
- Preparing and providing response letters to complainants.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for effective complaint handling.
- Reconciling received market complaints and ensuring compliance.
- Areas of Responsibility: Managing product quality complaints, logging.
