Job Responsibilities:
● Execute daily production activities for Tablet / Liquid dosage forms as per the production plan.
● Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
● Supervise line operations, in-process checks, and maintain production records.
● Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
● Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
● Adhere to safety, health, and environmental guidelines in the production area.
● Support process improvements, yield enhancement, and troubleshooting.
● Train and guide operators/technicians on production processes and GMP practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Strong knowledge of Tablet and/or Liquid dosage manufacturing.
● Good understanding of cGMP, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
● Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
● Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
