Qualification:
• Production: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field; 0-12 years of experience (freshers welcome for trainee roles).
• Quality Assurance: B.Pharm/M.Pharm; 5-8 years of experience in QA for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of testing and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production processes to identify deviations and suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct calibration and maintenance of lab instruments.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required QC documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
Requirements:
• Production (Trainee, Chemists, Senior Chemists, Shift In-Charge): Operate and monitor production processes, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintain high-quality standards in API bulk drug production.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct quality checks, validate processes, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Salary Expectation:
• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
• Salary will be offered with a 5% – 15% hike on the current CTC, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
