Coca-Cola’s CPS Plant in Sanand, Ahmedabad, is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to join its QSE (Quality, Safety, and Environment) function. This role is central to ensuring product quality through advanced chemical and microbiological testing, supporting both laboratory operations and wastewater treatment analysis. You will work with modern analytical instruments, uphold ISO/IEC 17025 standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver zero-defect products that meet global quality and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include performing organoleptic and sensory evaluations, analyzing samples using advanced instruments such as HPLC, GC, LC, IC, AA, FTNIR, PCR, and rapid microbiology systems, and conducting daily water and wastewater testing. You will maintain laboratory records for audit purposes, manage chemical inventory, ensure calibration of instruments, and participate in global lab network initiatives.
The role also requires implementing quality control procedures, conducting root cause analysis for non-conformances, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and GLP requirements. You will work closely with QA, manufacturing, warehouse teams, and external partners to ensure zero-defect product quality.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Food Science
- 3–4 years in Quality Control or Laboratory roles in food, healthcare, or pharma
- Expertise in advanced analytical instruments and microbiology testing
- Familiarity with ISO accreditation standards and SAP/LIMS systems
- Strong communication, data analysis, and presentation skills
