Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Executive located in Faridabad. The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality control process, ensuring that the company’s products meet quality standards. This includes performing quality audits, managing quality assurance protocols, and maintaining quality management systems. The role requires collaboration with various teams to implement and monitor quality improvements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including deviations and non-conformances.
- Review and approve batch records, test reports, and other quality documentation.
- Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Any and other task assigned by reporting manager.
Interview Process:
- Mode: Virtual Interview
- Rounds: 2 Rounds (Technical + HR)
- The 2nd round will be face to face with a written test that is compulsory.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Systems (ISO13485, ISO9001, EU-MDR)
- Knowledge of Quality Auditing techniques and standards
- Background in Medical Devices and QA
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Pharma)
- Experience in the medical devices industry is mandatory
