Job Summary:
Avid Organics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Chemists – R&D to support research and development in specialty chemical manufacturing. The role involves conducting experiments, optimizing chemical processes, and collaborating on scale-up activities. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience and a B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or related fields are preferred. Strong documentation skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced R&D environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct chemical experiments and trials as per R&D protocols
• Develop new processes or improve existing ones for chemical synthesis
• Maintain proper documentation of lab work, observations, and results
• Support scale-up from lab to pilot plant
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and SOPs in the R&D lab
• Collaborate with QA/QC and production teams for smooth tech transfer
• Stay updated with developments in chemical research and innovation
Requirements:
• Experience: – 1–2 years in chemical manufacturing
• Analytical Skills: – Hands-on knowledge of HPLC, GC, reaction techniques, and pilot plant operations
• Regulatory Knowledge: – Understanding of ICH stability protocols and guidelines
• Cross-Functional Coordination: – Ability to collaborate with QA, QC, ADL, and production teams
• Documentation Excellence: – Proficient in technical report writing and maintaining detailed experiment logs
