Job Description:
- Drive analytical execution to satisfy internal and external requirements as per established timelines.
- Ensure data quality, traceability, and compliance
- Compile data and presentation for the internal or external analytical meeting
- Work with multiple departments and project leads to ensure analytical plans\requirements meet the overall objective of the project.
- Work with quality department designate for a given project to ensure a smooth operation from project inception development to QC analysis
- Author technical reports. Documentation includes gap analysis, risk assessment, statistical data analysis and other related technical reports.
- Participate in planned and unplanned analytical deviation investigation and perform/support related experimentation.
- Troubleshooting of analytical related concerns.
- Data collection/capturing, monitoring, trending and analyzing the analytical data from cGMP campaign and authoring of summary reports.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams
- Execution of laboratory experiments and documenting them in details in laboratory notebook as per the requirement.
- Execution of internal and external technology transfer initiatives.
- To work seamlessly with analytical lead, project team, and clients in understanding project goals, planning and delivering them on time.
- Assessing existing resources and allotting appropriately based on project priorities.
- Highlight potential resource risks that might impact the timely completion of a project.
Role Purpose:
- To perform the activities related to MSAT function for analytical technology transfer, analytical deviation investigation in QC/ADB, analytical troubleshooting, technical report writing, and analytical data/records review.
- Sample analysis using various analytical techniques as per the requirement.
- Understand technical instructions and execute analytical experiments as per the requirement, data analysis and interpretation.
- Continuously monitor the analytical data of manufacturing batches, collect, analyze and maintain the analyze data, and present.
- Shop floor support at QC/ADB as per technology transfer requirement
- Discuss with Team Leader and other team members to assist in deciding and executing the action plans.
