People
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with medical/scientific communities to develop effective educational content.
- Mentor and assist peers in scientific communication best practices.
Performance
- Deliver medical education and publication content (slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts) within set timelines and quality standards.
- Offer strategic support in publication planning with external institutions and professionals.
Process
- Create and manage content in systems such as PromoMats and iEnvision.
- Support publication needs analysis and execution of publication plans for assigned therapeutic areas.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure that deliverables meet the defined standards.
- Incorporate user feedback into improving content and delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with product managers, MSLs, and the medical department for content customization.
- Align deliverables with regional scientific communication needs.
