Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Research Scientist located in Jaipur. The Principal Research Scientist will be responsible for designing and overseeing experimental research, analyzing data, and developing new methodologies. The role also
includes leading cross-functional project teams, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will mentor junior scientists and contribute to the strategic direction of research projects.Qualifications
- Strong background in synthetic and medicinal chemistry
- Experience with AI-driven technologies and biology
- Expertise in complex chemistries, flow chemistry, and biocatalysis
