Job Role: GC-MS Analyst

CTC: Negotiable based on current salary – 5% to 15% hike

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain GC-MS instruments (e.g., Agilent, Shimadzu, Thermo).
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using GC-MS.
- Conduct residual solvent analysis (RS), OVI, impurity profiling, and identification of unknown compounds.
- Handle method development, method validation, and routine analysis as per ICH and regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshoot instrument and method issues and perform instrument calibration & qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Maintain proper documentation including raw data, logbooks, protocols, and reports as per GLP/GMP norms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, WHO).
- Collaborate with QA, QC, and R&D teams for project requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Male candidates only
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in GC-MS method validation and troubleshooting.
- Must have worked in Analytical Development Labs (ADL) or regulated analytical labs.
- Strong knowledge of mass spectral interpretation, OVI analysis, and GLP documentation.
- Proficient in using GC-MS software for instrument control and data analysis.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
