BSc Chemistry Freshers Job – Responsibilities:
- Assist chemists and R&D managers in product development and technical service activities.
- Prepare intermediates, finished products, and development lab samples in small quantities.
- Conduct chemical and physical tests on routine and non-routine samples.
- Maintain detailed lab notebooks; record all observations and experimental data accurately.
- Perform housekeeping of lab glassware, retained sample stores, and lab benches to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Support production by helping scale-up lab-scale manufacturing to plant-scale operations.
- Assist in developing new production methods that enhance quality and productivity.
- Promote and implement lab safety policies and foster safety awareness.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for sales support trials and resolving complaints.
BSc Chemistry Freshers Job – Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of relevant lab experience in an industrial or quality control setting.
- Hands-on experience in lab work and ability to operate independently after training.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English to document and share technical observations.
- Capable of managing multiple lab tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, safety-first R&D environment.
