- Project Overview: This DST-funded project (CEST Division) aims to develop novel homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic protocols for the capture and electro-/photo-chemical reduction of CO₂. The work involves:

Kinetics and mechanistic investigations

- Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

Strong background in at least one of the following:

Catalysis (homogeneous or heterogeneous)

Electrochemistry or Photochemistry

Reaction/kinetics engineering
- CO₂ capture and conversion

Sound knowledge of reaction thermodynamics and mass transfer

Desirable Skills:

Experience in catalyst development and mechanistic studies

Hands-on knowledge of experimental design and reactor optimization

A publication record in reputed journals is advantageous
