Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, LAFs, and pass boxes as Senior Executive.

Conduct periodic validation activities, including airflow pattern validations, filter integrity testing, and differential pressure monitoring.

Coordinate and lead engineering projects focused on infrastructure improvements and capacity expansion.

Ensure strict adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines in all engineering and maintenance activities.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and validation protocols.

Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with all documentation and operational practices as Senior Executive.

Collaborate with R&D, QA, and production teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.

Identify and implement strategic planning initiatives that contribute to enhanced performance, cost efficiency, and system reliability.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

3–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharma manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in HVAC system operations, LAFs, and validation activities.

Knowledge of cleanroom classifications, airflow validations, and pharmaceutical environmental controls.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements (cGMP, USFDA, EU-GMP) for sterile manufacturing environments
