Chemical Internship Opportunity at L’Oreal – Your Key Responsibilities:
As an Open Innovation Intern, you will work with global and local innovation teams to:

Scout & Evaluate Startups: Identify and analyze high-potential startups in AI, computational biology/chemistry, material science, and pharma that are aligned with L’Oréal’s beauty tech goals.

Technology & Business Analysis
: Assess startup technologies, business models, and collaboration potential. Create structured reports and presentations. -
Proof-of-Performance (POP) Conceptualization: Assist in prototyping and evaluating shortlisted innovations, formulations, and materials.

Characterization & Data Interpretation: Conduct analytical testing, material characterization, and interpretation of experimental data.

Project Management Support: Track project milestones, schedule meetings, and support project documentation across multiple teams.
Chemical Internship Opportunity at L’Oreal – Candidate Profile:

Master’s or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Computational Biology/Chemistry, or related fields.

Hands-on experience in formulation, analytical techniques, material/chemical characterization.

Familiarity with AI/ML algorithms and computational tools for chemical and biological data is a plus.

Excellent research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
