Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Shift Chemist in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) to support the development of robust and cost effective API’s by executing scale up batches for all new and existing APIs at GMP Kilo Lab.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment like reactors, ANFDs, dryers, pumps, and isolators.
- Execute batch manufacturing, changeovers, and equipment cleaning as per GMP guidelines.
- Maintain logs, calibration records, and BPRs per SOPs and documentation standards.
- Handle raw materials, solvents, and sample collection during in-process activities.
- Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and comply with SHE norms.
- Support preventive maintenance and coordinate with engineering for equipment readiness.
- Manage production waste and detoxification batches.
- Assist with deviation reports and documentation for QA compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 1–3 years in pharmaceutical production (API)
- Skills: API process knowledge, unit operations, SHE guidelines, SAP entry, team collaboration
