Chemical Engineering Job at Syngene – Job Purpose:
This position is for a chemical engineer with experience in lab experimentation, modeling, and process simulation. The role involves generating engineering data in the lab, performing process simulation, and supporting department initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for process simulation data
- Perform engineering calculations for scale-up and equipment selection
- Analyze process safety data and develop mathematical models
- Provide technical support for projects and initiatives
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S in Chemical Engineering
- 2 to 4 years of experience in process simulation and modeling
- Experience with commercial software like CFD, ChemCAD, and Matlab
- Strong theoretical knowledge of chemical engineering concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Experience with DynoChem simulations and commercial software
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
