Your Responsibility and Tasks
-
Transfer of global resin products and technology to the Indian market
-
Scouting for and homologation of local raw materials for R&D
-
Modification and adaptation of products to the local market requirements
-
Scouting for and implementing of local equipment and tools for lab and production
-
Preparation and testing of lab-scale samples
-
Deputy of the production manager and supervision of technical personnel
-
Planning, organization, and execution of production trials
-
Optimization of existing products and processes regarding performance and costs
-
Support of sales, production, and quality control with lab testing and technical advice
-
Leading and documentation of R&D projects according to R&D processes and ISO/IATF requirements

Ensure maintenance and calibration of lab equipment
Qualification & Skills for Senior R&D Engineer Role:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
-
Advanced and current knowledge of polymer synthesis and resin formulation, especially in unsaturated polyester, epoxy, and polyurethane
-
Strong communication and leadership skills
-
Strong project management skills
-
Knowledge of project management according to ISO 9001 (preferably IATF 16949)
-
Fluency in English and local language
-
5 years of professional experience in chemical R&D, with at least 2 years in project management roles
-
Proven track record in R&D and product development
