We are currently seeking a passionate Data Officer-Coordinator to join our team in India and work closely with our Pharmacovigilance (PV) department.
Job Responsibilities

Enter vigilance case data into relevant databases and AE forms

Prepare initial email correspondences and clarification requests

Perform quality control (QC) checks on vigilance cases

Manage generic and client-specific email inboxes

Process cases in accordance with client SOPs and specifications
-
Notify clients about case statuses and submissions
-
Submit processed cases to competent regulatory authorities
-
Perform database queries for safety reporting and documentation
-
Support PV-related activities as needed across the business unit
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or other scientific disciplines

1–2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance case management
-
Experience coordinating tasks and managing case workload
-
Familiarity with triage, processing of post-marketing cases, and client communication
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Reliability, organization, and punctuality
- Strong familiarity with safety databases
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
