Core Purpose of the Role:
To participate in sample processing for PK and ADME assays and manage LCMS/MS operations. Adaptability to a dynamic team environment is essential.
Role Accountabilities:
- Performing various types of ADME assays.
- Processing samples from different matrices in PK studies.
- Optimizing test compounds both manually and automatically on LCMS/MS.
- Developing methods for various biological matrices on LCMS/MS with team leads.
- Independently managing HPLC for UV-based sample analysis.
- Documenting lab notebooks online and managing compounds.

Experience:
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in handling ADME assays, HPLC, and LCMS/MS.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Expertise in column selection, mobile phase selection, solvent preparations, and sample processing techniques (protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction).
- Proficiency in internet-based literature searches and the capability to implement findings.
- Ability to deliver scientific presentations in departmental journal clubs and write official project reports.
- Basic knowledge of PK parameters.
- Comprehensive understanding of in vitro ADME assays and technical expertise in troubleshooting assays.
- Hands-on experience with LCMS/MS and HPLC.
Education: M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences
