Job Purpose:

A highly motivated individual with a strong interest in Bioanalytical and in-vitro ADME assays is required for our current replacement. In this position, the candidate will support compound screening efforts in standard in-vitro ADME assays and bioanalysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in vitro ADME assays such as solubility, metabolic stability, CYP450 inhibition, CYP induction, plasma protein binding, TDI, etc
  • Perform in vitro cell-based assays like – hPXR, Caco-2 Permeability assay
  • Processing of plasma and tissue samples for bioanalysis
  • Perform timely bioanalysis of In vitro ADME samples using LC-MS/MS
  • Independently able to develop a robust bioanalytical method and application of quantitative methods for ADME studies
  • Operating instruments like LC-MS/MS for compound tuning and analysis, followed by data retrieval, method development of NCEs in plasma and other matrices
  • Understand and interpret ADME data
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry)/M. Pharm from a reputed University

Work Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in industry.

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Prior experience in handling NCEs, analysis by LC-MS/MS, sample processing
  • Prior experience in standard in vitro ADME assays.

Behavioral/Managerial Skills:

  • High interpersonal skills, and excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, time-management skills, multi-tasking.
