This sudden increase in data has resulted in industries spending significant amounts of time collecting, organizing, and analyzing content and very little time driving value with the data. HABER is focused on reversing this trend by helping our customers spend less time collecting and analyzing data and more time using HABER’s platform to drive efficiency, identify issues before they happen, and uncover hidden potential.
Responsibilities
- Conducts laboratory research to develop and improve products, processes, and technologies. This includes designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results.
- Developing new products: developing new products, working on improving existing products, and identifying ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency. They work closely with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure that the products meet customer needs and are profitable.
- Conducting chemical analysis: conduct chemical analysis to understand the chemical composition of products and materials. They use various analytical techniques, such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and microscopy, to identify and quantify chemicals and compounds.
- Ensuring compliance: ensure that products and processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. They keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and work to ensure that products and processes are compliant.
- Documenting research: document their research findings and communicate their results to other team members, management, and other stakeholders. They prepare reports, presentations, and publications that detail their research findings and recommendations.
- Collaborating with other departments: work closely with other departments, such as engineering, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure that products are manufactured correctly and meet customer requirements.
- Conducting safety assessments: conduct safety assessments to ensure that products are safe to use and comply with safety regulations. They identify potential hazards and risks associated with products and develop safety protocols to mitigate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Organic synthesis.
- Good understanding of organic chemicals and polymers.
- Experience in laboratory research and development.
- Knowledge of chemical analysis techniques, such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and microscopy.
- Knowledge of NMR, FTIR, UV-Visible, HPLC, GCMS, SEM, TEM, Rheology, and GPC analysis.
