Elibgility Criteria: Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry / Chemistry

Experience: 0 – 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of chemistry and knowledge on different types of reactions.
• Performing lab experiments and interpretation skills on the analytical data like NMR, Mass, etc.
• LNB writing skills and preservation of the records as per the requirement
• Anticipate scale-up challenges and identify possible areas of improvement toward process robustness
• Knowledge on scale-up – pilot plant and troubleshooting
• Knowledge on document compliance to cGMP batches.
• OOT, OOS, and deviation closure – basic knowledge
• Process excellency, de-bottlenecking to retrofit/capacity enhancement and cost reduction
• Lab safety practices and knowledge on fire hydrants, masks, etc.
• Working in shifts depends on the requirement
• Project update and client communication
• Preparation of campaign report and investigation report
