Job Title: Sr. Research Associate – Synthesis

Role holder is required to :

1. Conducting day to day experiments as per Project Execution Plan

2. Process Optimization for cost-effectiveness

3. Executes bench scale operations for product development

4. Regular review of the results and take corrective actions

5. Timely reporting of results to the superior

6. To conduct Experiments for New product Development

7. To conduct experiments for cost reduction, waste reduction and quality improvement

8. Assists the manager in Plans, Designs, conducting experiments and preparing QMS documents

9. Executes experiments for scale-up

10. Executes internal calibration of equipment

11. Conducts literature survey for product development

Required Skills:

• Synthesis and process development techniques * Interpretation of analytical data * Scale-up and commercialization
• 2+ years of experience in Agrochemical/ Pharma industry post completion of Masters in Chemistry
