Job Title: Associate Research Scientist (oscillatory Rheology )
Eligibility Criteria:
- Masters or Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in Polymer or Material science field
- Hands on experience in oscillatory Rheology (Soft matter, colloidal, surfactant etc.)
- Deep understanding of safe work environment protocols
- Knowledge of Polymer de-formulations
- Knowledge of basic Microscopy skill is a plus
- Polymer structural property correlation understanding is a plus
- Digital mindset to improve analytical efficiency
- Report writing and presentation
- Fluency in English for both written and verbal skill
- Able to communicate in Hindi, Gujarati is a plus
Role Overview
- Ensuring full adherence to all safety protocols according to site and company standards.
- Polymer characterization by Rheology, Thermal and Mechanical techniques.
- Timely delivery of data and communicate to stakeholders with conclusion and recommendation
- Propose new ideas and it’s execution on project basis
- Taking ownership of the instruments by keeping it in good health and routine maintenance
- Write technical report and presentation to the stakeholders
