Job Description:
- All IPQA activities and all in-process belong to dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, and primary packing.
- All IPQA activities and all in-process belong to secondary packing.
Review of BMR and BPR. - To give line clearance as per SOP and BMR
- To check primary production cleaning and environmental record checklist as per BMR and SOP.
- To check secondary packing cleaning record checklist as per BPR and SOP.
- To verify the dispensing process of secondary and tertiary packing materials.
- Shop floor activity like a checkpoint of leak test, in-process checking of the finish product.
- Shop floor activity like checkpoint of dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, and primary packing.
- To verify the quantity of packed batch.
- Withdraw retention samples and stability samples from secondary packing area.
Review of BMR and BPR. - Withdraw process validation and cleaning validation samples from compression and granulation area.
- Loading of samples in SAP.
