Job Title: IPQA Officer

Eligibility: B Pharma/ M Pharma

Job Description:

• All IPQA activities and all in-process belong to dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, and primary packing.
• All IPQA activities and all in-process belong to secondary packing.
  Review of BMR and BPR.
• To give line clearance as per SOP and BMR
• To check primary production cleaning and environmental record checklist as per BMR and SOP.
• To check secondary packing cleaning record checklist as per BPR and SOP.
• To verify the dispensing process of secondary and tertiary packing materials.
• Shop floor activity like a checkpoint of leak test, in-process checking of the finish product.
• Shop floor activity like checkpoint of dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, and primary packing.
• To verify the quantity of packed batch.
• Withdraw retention samples and stability samples from secondary packing area.
  Review of BMR and BPR.
• Withdraw process validation and cleaning validation samples from compression and granulation area.
• Loading of samples in SAP.
