Job Description:
- Reviews scientific and business requirements to propose appropriate and efficient pharmacokinetic designs for clinical studies, including determining efficient sampling schedules.
- Drafts Pharmacokinetic sections for Clinical Trial Outlines and Protocols and reviews the pharmacokinetic sections clinical protocols.
- Collaborates in the preparation of the Pharmacodynamic Sections of Clinical Trials Outlines and Protocols in the aspects related to the calculation of parameters.
- Creates pharmacokinetic analysis report shells/templates, performs analysis and generates results consistent with written protocols and/or coordinates the performance of these activities by external contractors.
- Collaborates in the creation of pharmacodynamic analysis report shells/templates, performs analysis and generates results consistent with written protocols and/or coordinates the performance of these activities by external contractors.
- Presents analyses and interpretations internally and externally.
- Collaborates with the clinical team and other organizational functions on the aspects related to pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of case report form design, query design, inclusion/exclusion criteria, data cleaning definitions, and protocol deviation resolutions.
- Integrates the pharmacokinetic results and collaborates in integrating the
- pharmacodynamics results in Regulatory Documents.
- Accepts other duties as assigned.
