Job Description:
- To follow the cGMP, safety norms and adhere with company policy.
- Performing the manufacturing operations according to the written procedures.
- Observation and operation of general manufacturing practices as lay down in manufacturing procedures.
- Initiation, completion and filling of batch production records.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the manufacturing equipment as mentioned in the batch production record.
- Supervise the charging operations following the written procedure.
- Enter the details of equipment usage maintenance and cleaning in the equipment usage log
- Maintain of the status board to know the current position of a batch or material from time to time.
- Assessment of the product spillage area as per the written procedure.
- Use safety equipment properly and maintain it.
- Handed over of issuance and indented materials from ware house and storage of raw materials in processing areas for control of certain commonly used raw material.
- Maintain of Hose pipes which are used in transfer of Materials.
- Monitoring of air pressure in the clean room areas.
- Monitoring of temperature and relative humidity records in the required areas.
- Attending training programs as per the schedule provided.
- Follow the compliance of SOPs and cGMP during batch production.
- Follow the Sampling procedure while samples sending to Quality control department.
- Reporting to the Executive/designee and performing any other assignment delegated from time to time.
- Maintain the daily verification and Monthly Verification of Weighing Balance.
