Description
In this Ecolab Chemist Internship, the Chemist Intern will execute technical laboratory activities to support a water testing project for a global Ecolab customer. Responsibilities include developing and validating analytical methods for industrial water samples, coordinating with colleagues and external labs, and performing water testing using advanced analytical instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and/or validate analytical methods to test industrial water samples: cations, anions, volatile/semi-volatile organic compounds, etc.
- Work with colleagues within the department, Ecolab business units, and external labs to ensure timely results.
- Perform water testing using analytical instruments such as IC, GC, ICP, etc.
- Assist colleagues in addressing customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Environmental Science.
- Willingness to work in a testing lab.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
