Role Summary
The Quality Assurance (QA) Executive will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory quality systems in API manufacturing. The role involves documentation review, deviation handling, audit support, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Review, verify, and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs)
· Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
· Handle deviations, change controls, CAPA, OOS/OOT investigations, and follow-up actions
· Support preparation, review, and implementation of SOPs, protocols, and quality documents
· Maintain data integrity and documentation accuracy across QA activities
· Coordinate with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams to ensure quality compliance
· Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
· Monitor adherence to quality systems and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Requirements
· Basic understanding of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems
· Knowledge of API manufacturing processes
· Familiarity with regulatory documentation, audits, and inspections
· Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills
· Detail-oriented and compliance-driven approach to work
· Telugu speaking proficiency is mandatory
Qualifications & Skills
· B.Pharm / M.Pharm
· B.Sc / M.Sc – Chemistry
· B.Sc / M.Sc – Microbiology
· B.Sc / M.Sc – Biotechnology
· Any other relevant Life Sciences qualification with API / pharmaceutical exposure
Preferred Skills:
· Exposure to QA documentation and quality systems
· Understanding of CAPA, change management, and audit readiness
· Ability to work effectively in a regulated manufacturing environment
