- Job Title: Project Process Engineer – DCTL – Corporate
- Location: Vadodara, Vadodara, Gujarat, India
- Experience Required: 3 – 7 Years

Responsibility:
- Absorbing the New Plants Technology coming up at DCTL in terms of BEP absorption & assisting Head/Lead – TSD for changes, if any, to ensure smooth commissioning.
- Preparation of scheme (PD, PFD, PID, PDS/IPDS, etc.) for improvement initiatives in existing and upcoming plant/product.
- Data collation for DCTL on EC/ CTE/ CCA, from a data integrity viewpoint. Monitoring and analysis of data and providing input for compliance.
- Reviewing and preparation of schemes for Plant/Process/Equipment performance improvements.
- Provide/ update the SOPs for any new changes in process or equipment operation.
- Preparation of capex proposals on savings and payback period for new modifications in the plant to improve operating convenience.
- Supporting the operation team for Management of Change (MOC) by providing schemes with complete technical backup.
- Ideation, detailing, and implementation of continual improvement in QCDSE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Environment).
- Evaluating existing production norms and proposal preparation for meeting and improving norms.

Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:
- Knowledge of chemical processes and unit operations, including batch and continuous.
- Basic process calculation, e.g., Equipment sizing, line sizing.
- Preparation of energy and mass balance calculations.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & AutoCAD software.
- Process, SOPs, and Critical parameters.
- Knowledge of HAZOP, HIRA, and QEMS.
- Knowledge of ASPEN and HTRI / EDR tools is preferable.
- Practical experience for preparation and reviewing of PD, PFD, PID, PDS & IPDS.
- Technical knowledge on the treatment of effluents.
